In the morning, if you have oily skin, use the cleanser before applying your serum. If not, pat your skin with a little water and then apply the Alter-Care Serum. Our Alter-Care Serum has been designed to be nourishing enough so in most cases you do not need a cream on top. When your skin needs it, at night for instance or in cooler weather, apply your cream on top for extra care and nourishment. At night, you can apply serum and cream or only the serum or only the cream.
